What happens on the call
We’ll spend most of the time on your business — where it is, where you want it to go, and what’s in the way. I’ll a variety of questions a good outside operator should ask. By the end, you’ll have a clearer view of the work ahead, and we’ll both know whether continuing makes sense.
If it doesn't, no hard feelings. I'll point you toward someone or something better suited.
