What I bring: a partner who has owned businesses, knows what it costs to make payroll out of your own pocket, and has built and rebuilt the operating systems that turn an early-stage business into something that compounds. What I bring: an outside operator who has run a $185M international division and knows what it looks like to deliver double-digit growth under pressure.
